Software educativo Elementos de Nutrident para el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje en Estomatología / Elements of Nutrident: educational software to the teaching-learning process in Dentistry Studies

RESUMEN Introducción: un profesional de la salud que aproveche las nuevas tecnologías de la informática y la computación, y que además utilice estas herramientas en beneficio de mejorar y ampliar sus conocimientos sobre nutrición, será un profesional capacitado para prevenir, diagnosticar y tratar afecciones de la cavidad bucal relacionadas con la nutrición y fomentará estilos saludables de alimentación en el individuo, la familia y la comunidad. Objetivo: confeccionar un software educativo para apoyar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del curso optativo Nutrición en Estomatología. Métodos: se realizó una investigación de desarrollo tecnológico en la carrera de Estomatología desde noviembre 2017 a abril de 2018. Se emplearon métodos teóricos (histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis, análisis bibliográfico), empíricos (entrevista, y encuestas). El universo estuvo constituido por 250 estudiantes de Estomatología de la provincia Las Tunas y la muestra quedó conformada por 51 estudiantes de quinto año. Resultados: el software educativo favoreció el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el curso optativo Nutrición en Estomatología, propiciando la formación de un egresado integral con elevado nivel científico. Conclusiones: se presentaron elementos de Nutrident: software educativo para el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje del curso optativo de Nutrición en Estomatología.

ABSTRACT Introduction: a health professional who takes advantages of the new technologies of informatics and communication, and who is able to use these tools to benefit, improve and widen his/her knowledge concerning nutrition, will be a well-trained professional to prevent, to diagnose and to treat affectations of the oral cavity related to nutrition, along with the promotion of healthy eating styles in the individual, family and community. Objective: to create educational software to support the teaching-learning process of the elective course Nutrition in Dentistry Care. Methods: a technological development research was carried out in Dentistry studies from November 2017 to April 2018. Theoretical methods were used (historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, bibliographic analysis), empirical methods (interview, and surveys). The target group was comprised of 250 students of Dentistry from Las Tunas province and the sample included 51 students of fifth academic year. Results: the educational software favored the teaching-learning process in the elective course of Nutrition in Dentistry Care encouraging the development of a comprehensive graduate with a high scientific level. Conclusions: the elements of Nutrident were presented: educational software for the teaching-learning process of the elective course of Nutrition in Dentistry Care.

Necesidades de aprendizaje en pacientes diabéticos mayores de sesenta años: policlínico Guillermo Tejas 2008 / Learning needs in diabetic patients over sixty years old. Guillermo Tejas Polyclinics 2008

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, con el objetivo de identificar las necesidades de aprendizaje, relacionadas con la educación diabetológica en pacientes que padecen la enfermedad de Diabetes Mellitus, pertenecientes a cinco Consultorios del Médico de la Familia del Grupo Básico de Trabajo No.2, del Policlínico Docente Guillermo Tejas Silva en el municipio de Las Tunas. Dicho estudió se realizó en el período de enero a diciembre de 2008. La muestra estuvo constituida por 66 pacientes, a los cuales se les aplicó un cuestionario, que exploró sus conocimientos, destreza y habilidades en el manejo de su padecimiento. En la muestra predominaron los pacientes del grupo etario de 70 a 75 años, con un nivel de escolaridad de enseñanza primaria. Los resultados del cuestionario aplicado mostraron que el nivel de conocimientos de estos pacientes era insuficiente, a pesar de que la mayoría hacía más de diez años que padecían la enfermedad(AU)

A descriptive study was carried out to identify the learning needs related to the education on diabetes in patients suffering from the disease, belonging to five Family Doctor Offices of the No. 2 Basic Group of Guillermo Tejas Polyclinics in Las Tunas, from January to December, 2008. The sample was constituted by 66 patients who filled out a questionnaire exploring their knowledge and skills in the handling of the illness. The sample included patients of the 70-75 age group with the elementary level of education. The results of the questionnaire applied showed that the level of knowledge of these patients was insufficient, even though most of them have been suffering from the illness for more than ten years(AU)

Identificación de necesidades de aprendizaje pedagógicas en los profesores del Programa Nacional de Formación del Médico Integral Comunitario / Pedagogical learning needs análisis in the teachers of the Nacional Training Program of the Comprehensive Community Doctor

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo con el objetivo de identificar las necesidades de aprendizaje, relacionadas con el desarrollo de la preparación pedagógica en los profesores que imparten la Asignatura Morfofisiología Humana II en el Programa Nacional de Formación del Médico Integral Comunitario del estado Sucre en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y en Cuba, en el Proyecto de Policlínico Universitario en el Municipio Las Tunas, de la provincia Las Tunas. El mismo se realizó en el período de febrero a octubre del año 2006 en Venezuela y durante el periodo de septiembre de 2008 a enero del año 2009, en la provincia Las Tunas. La muestra venezolana estuvo constituida por el total de 25 profesores que imparten la asignatura. Los resultados mostraron que el claustro, en su mayoría, tiene menos de un año de experiencia docente y 88 por ciento de los profesores son especialistas en Medicina General Integral. Además, se identificaron necesidades de aprendizaje sobre la gestión docente, como aspecto fundamental en el trabajo docente metodológico(AU)

A descriptive study was carried out with the objective of identifying the learning needs related to the development of the pedagogical training of the teachers who teach the subject Human Morphophysiology II of the National Program for the training of the Community Doctor at the state of Sucre in Venezuela and in the University Polyclinics Project in the municipality of Las Tunas, Cuba. The study was performed in Venezuela in the period between February and October, 2006, and in Cuba between September 2008 and January 2009, with a sample of 25 teachers. The results showed that most of the teaching staff is composed of professionals with less than one year of teaching experience, and that 88 per cent of the teachers are specialists in Comprehensive General Medicine. Besides, the learning needs about teaching management were identified, seeing this topic as a key feature of the teaching/ methodological work(AU)
